Kobe is the city recognised for the 1995 Hanshin Earthquake and its Kobe beef. There are two man-made islands off Kobe named Port Island and Rokko Island. The Kobe University International Residence which I stayed at is located on Port Island.  Port Tower and Meriken Park at night.
